Saltwater Psychology was born of the desire to help people live life on their own terms. I wanted to create a safe space with the freedom and flexibility to honour individual differences that support healing and growth. My goal is to practice psychology that aligns with my personal values of Authenticity, Integrity and Compassion. By creating a safe non-judgemental space where there is room to talk about the hard things about being human with the shared understanding that we are all fallible, imperfect and doing our best, while also acknowledging that we can do better. Ultimately my goal is to support clients to; do what matters, do what works and with the people that mean the most.
