I am Kellie Dundon, a registered psychologist at Salt & Earth Psychology. I have experience assisting those experiencing burnout, anxiety and depression; adults recovering from childhood trauma; survivors of relationships of coercive control; as well as individuals from culturally diverse backgrounds, neurodivergent individuals - such as those with ADHD or autism, and members of the LGBTQI+ community. With a background in public and private sector consulting, community work, and corporate training, I have an understanding of the challenges in leadership and the workplace, providing practical support to navigate complex work environments. My psychodynamic orientation focuses on identifying and understanding thought patterns, to increase insight and self-discovery in a non-judgmental space. A client-centred approach emphasises collaboration in setting therapeutic goals, ensuring your specific needs and preferences are met with empathy and respect.
