Sally-Anne McCormack Psychologist

Sally-Anne McCormack - Clinical Psychologist and Founder of ANTSA - a digital platform which automates interactions with clients of mental health professionals. Sally-Anne is a Media Commentator, and currently works in private practice with adults suffering from depression, anxiety, stress and various personal issues. While she now mainly works for ADF members, she is probably best known for her work with children and adolescents covering many areas (mood disorders, educational issues, giftedness, cognitive (IQ) assessments, etc.) and for her parenting and behavioural management advice. Sally-Anne is a former teacher and author of two books - “Stomp Out The ANTs – Automatic Negative Thoughts” and the children’s book “Living With ANTs” as well as having created a poster, “Which ANT Are You?” to help people learn strategies for and understand depression, anxiety and stress. Even more importantly, she is the mother of 4 adolescents/adults and runs a successful psychology practice in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne (Australia). Sally-Anne makes many regular appearances on a variety of TV shows (eg. Sunrise, The Morning Show, The Circle, The Project, news programs) and is often interviewed for various print and radio media. In 2016, Foxtel (Aurora Channel) will air 6 episodes of her own TV program called "The Sally-Anne Show" where she aims to inspire, educate and inform people of various positive stories around Australia.
