Salihan offers counselling grounded in high-quality, evidence-based practice. She values your individuality and takes a person-centred approach, supporting you with respect, compassion, and empathy. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult life change, or simply looking for a space to talk things through, counselling provides a supportive and confidential environment to explore what matters most to you. Counselling is available in person or online (video). No referral is required.
