Before proceeding, please carefully review the following important instructions. Booking an appointment confirms that you have read and agreed to these terms.

1. Selecting the Right Psychiatrist

Before booking, please visit our Meet Our Team page and ensure that:

Condition Eligibility: The psychiatrist you are booking with treats your specific condition.
Age Group Suitability: The psychiatrist accepts patients within your age group.
Service Area Coverage: Your state of residence must match the psychiatrist’s service area to ensure compliance with prescribing regulations.
Appointment Type: Choose the appropriate appointment format based on your preference - Telehealth Video or Face-to-Face

2. Understanding Fees & Clinic Policies

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and accepted:

3. Referral Letter & Required Documents

Referral Letter Requirement: A referral letter is not required at the time of booking, but a valid referral must be provided at least 4 weeks before the appointment.
Document Submission: Our clinic will contact you in advance to request the referral and any additional details, such as your Medicare card and Patient Intake Form.
Review & Compliance: Once we receive the required documents, our team will review them. If we cannot accept the referral or if the patient fails to provide the necessary documents within the requested timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and issue a refund of the consultation fee.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You are protected by our cancellation policy. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment, you will receive a full refund of the consultation fee (note: the merchant processing fee is non-refundable)
