***Please note, I am moving to the South West and so will finish in-person appointments in Joondalup mid-September 2026. I will continue telehealth appointments only beyond this date.*** Hi, I'm Rosie, a Clinical Psychologist Registrar. I approach my work with genuine warmth and care, and I bring a holistic, down-to-earth perspective to therapy. I work with people experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, distressing/intrusive thoughts, relationship challenges and life transitions. I'm particularly passionate about supporting people through the full perinatal journey - from preconception decisions and fertility challenges, to processing difficult births, to navigating pregnancy and parenthood. I also have a special interest in chronic pain, having previously worked in tertiary pain services. I'm fascinated by the research into neuroplasticity and how we can 'turn the volume down' on pain. If you're living with persistent pain - it's not "all your head", it's very real, but it can get better. We're all unique, so I tailor my approach to fit what works for you. I work relationally while drawing on evidence-based strategies, systemic thinking, trauma-informed care, and mind-body approaches. I aim to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel genuinely heard and supported. You don't need a referral to work with me. However, I do accept GP Mental Health Care Plans and can provide a Medicare rebate of $101.55 per session on your plan. Parents are invited to bring their baby to sessions.
