Rory is a friendly and experienced registered psychologist with qualifications in psychology, careers development, exercise science and education. Rory believes developing excellent rapport is essential in therapy to ensure his clients feel comfortable and supported. Rory works with clients of all ages across a diverse range of issues. His special interests include anxiety, ADHD, depression, motivation and goal setting, trauma, bullying, low self esteem and relationship difficulties. Rory utilises an eclectic approach to therapy and can provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Positive Psychology, Brief Solution Focussed Therapy, Family Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. Rory tailors treatment interventions to each client to ensure therapy sessions align with their individual wants and needs. It is not easy to disclose what can be sensitive and important information. During your sessions, Rory assures that you and your information will always be treated with the upmost respect. Together you both paint a picture of your current situation and work on strategies to get you to where you want to be.
