Overview

Counselling Solution Book Online https://counsellingsolution.com.au Couples and Individual Counselling Face-to-Face, Telephone, On-line Video. Robin is a highly skilled counsellor in private practice in Forster. Counselling, social justice and disability are issues I care deeply about, and people are my enduring passion—particularly seeing people reach their true potential no matter what may hold them back, be it disability, discrimination, circumstances, or just the traumas of life. Registered ACA Level-2. My person-centred counselling approach respects everyone’s values. Your uniqueness is my focus, and as an integrative Counsellor I adapt and use my therapeutic framework to suit you. I may draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solutions Focused Therapy, or Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy helping you become unstuck, better dealing with painful thoughts and feelings for embracing a rich, meaningful life. I work with people grieving and am a volunteer counsellor with the National Association for Loss and Grief NALAG. I’ve worked extensively with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Brain Injury, the Elderly, Women's Health, and Individuals and Couples relationships, with a special focus on NDIS participants working on Relationship and Social Skills development, including assertiveness and emotional regulation. My Chaplaincy and Pastoral Care background is beneficial for those seeking a faith-based approach. As a registered PREPARE/ENRICH Facilitator, I’ve helped many couples identify and understand relational strengths and dynamics, and build skills promoting strong relationship growth and communication. Some couples I work with are conflicted, and there are those who have fallen out of love or who have problems with intimacy. At Counselling Solution, I also provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselling. This includes face-to-face and on-line services for businesses. Registered with the ACA, Australian Counselling Association, I earned my Post Graduate counselling qualifications in 2011 with Sydney College of Divinity. I am currently working towards finishing my Master of Counselling, at Torrens University. Reach out on +61 421 224 070 to chat and learn more
