To streamline the process and ensure consistency, we offer comprehensive assessment packages with the following guidelines: Payment and Booking Assessment packages are paid in full prior to commencing services. Once payment is received, appointments will be scheduled with your psychologist to complete the assessment process. Cancellation Policy Once an assessment package has started, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds will only be considered in extenuating circumstances and must be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Appointment cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee of $100.
