Tom advocates positive psychology and mindfulness and employs proven, evidence based treatments including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
In addition to Richmond Central Psychology, Tom is a psychologist at The Melbourne Clinic, having worked previously for Barwon Health (community mental health) and AFL Victoria (mental health, performance and well-being for athletes).
