Georgia was first drawn to osteopathy because of its holistic approach to assessing and treating the body. Rather than just managing the symptoms, Georgia is focused on treating the underlying cause of the pain to provide long-lasting relief. Using a variety of osteopathic manual therapy techniques, dry needling and exercise rehabilitation. Previously Georgia worked as a professional dancer, personal trainer and dance teacher. She is now an avid CrossFitter and competes regularly. Being in the fitness industry, she understands how debilitating it can be when pain or injury stops you from living the life you want. Georgia is passionate about educating people how to move well to maximise their true potential and empowering people to continue to do the sports and everyday activities they love.

Dr Jethro Cooney

From a young age, Jethro started developing an understanding of his body thanks to his mother (a Pilates teacher) and early exposure to yoga, along with other movement practices. Throughout Jethro's life he's become an accomplished free-diver, cyclist and rock climber, and has a rich understanding of various physical disciplines. Jethro has over a decade of experience in the health industry, collaborating in various capacities with diverse athletes ranging from MMA fighters to surfers and endurance athletes. As a qualified remedial massage therapist, Jethro uses these skills alongside his osteopathic manual therapy and movement practice knowledge to support individuals to understand how they move, how to move well, and how to do so without pain. Driven by an insatiable curiosity, Jethro continually seeks optimal solutions, leveraging insights gleaned from years of exploration across different sporting realms. His current passion lies in cycling and endurance sports. Jethro also integrates Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS) with all he has learned into his practice, applying this knowledge to guide others towards pain-free movement.

Sidney has always been curious about the intricacies of the human body and its potential for optimal function. Growing up competing in equestrian (dressage), alignment, control, and posture were always very important for her. She found Osteopathy after a knee injury when snowboarding and resonated with the holistic approach that encompasses each person as a whole— treating the root cause to find solutions and prevent further injuries. Osteopathy enabled her to get back to snowboarding and running with renewed confidence and strength in her body. Sidney combines the transformative power of manual therapy with exercise prescription and lifestyle modification to restore function, balance and overall health. She is passionate about providing personalised care that supports the body’s innate self-healing ability. Sidney is dedicated to helping people get back to doing what they love with pain free movement. She encompasses the mind, body, sleep, nutrition and stress to promote longevity and overall wellbeing.
