Overview

I am a clinical psychologist providing online therapy across Australia. My practice is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, and neuro-affirming. My approach prioritises creating a nurturing, calm, and non-judgmental experience. Areas of therapeutic focus, include anxiety, bipolar, depression, trauma (PTSD/c-PTSD), motherhood and parenting, relationships, women's health, neurodivergence (autism and ADHD), role transitions, grief & loss. I offer therapy to adults only at this time.
