I offer individual therapy to adults from my clinic in Spring Hill (Brisbane), or via Telehealth. I work with those who wish to enhance their psychological wellness, and who may experience difficulties with emotions, thoughts, their physical or behavioural responses to situations, in relationships or at work. I also work with those suffering from mental health difficulties, such as stressor/trauma-related difficulties (including PTSD and Complex PTSD), and anxiety and depressive disorders. I approach therapy using the cognitive behavioural frameworks of CBT, ACT, and schema therapy, and offer EMDR Therapy as a treatment option for clients.
