Rebecca Nestor Psychologist

Rebecca (she / her) is an empathetic and kind natured psychologist. Her warm personality invites a sense of calm to the therapeutic space. She is thoughtful in her planning of sessions and approaches each client with a unique style that suits their needs. She is experienced in treatment of children, adolescence, university students, and adult clients. Rebecca has experience working with clients presenting with broad range of challenges, including, but not limited to depression, anxiety (including perinatal anxiety and depression), OCD, ADHD, relationship challenges, trauma, and grief. Her approach is tailored to each client using strategies from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Mindful-based approaches. She is trauma-informed and thorough in her assessment of the presenting problems and treatment planning.
