Rebecca is a registered psychologist currently completing a Doctor of Psychology (Clinical, Sport and Exercise), with a research focus on perinatal anxiety and mental health. She holds First Class Honours in psychology and has published research in The Journal of Rural Health, reflecting a strong commitment to evidence-based practice. Rebecca has experience working across private practice, community, and school settings, supporting clients across the lifespan. She works with individuals presenting with anxiety disorders, ADHD, stress and burnout, trauma-related difficulties (including PTSD), depression, and bipolar disorder, and also supports elite athletes and high-performance individuals experiencing mental health and adjustment difficulties. Her approach is collaborative, warm, and formulation-driven, integrating Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based, self-compassion-focused, and strengths-based interventions to support psychological flexibility, coping skills, and functional outcomes in both everyday and performance contexts. In addition to her psychology training, Rebecca holds a Master of International Trade and Commerce Law and a Bachelor of Commerce, providing a multidisciplinary perspective that informs ethical and context-aware care. Rebecca offers telehealth appointments and is accepting new clients.
