I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Strategic Psychotherapist, ready to strategically manoeuvre you out from your ‘problem space’ and into your new life; free from stress, pain and anxiety. All you need, is to learn the process of HOW! Having worked within the mental health sector for the past 10 years, I have developed extensive experience with inpatient and outpatient settings, community treatment programs and with young people in detention and on parole. I am returning to my hometown of Newcastle after living in Darwin for the past five years, where I originally launched Mending Minds Therapy Services (MMTS). I provide intensive and specialised therapeutic interventions that are empirically sound, evidence-based and culturally appropriate to children, young people and adults including those with disabilities. As a trauma informed (Proficient level), Behavioural Practitioner (NDIS) I am particularly interested in trauma, addiction and pain management services. I enjoy the application of hypnotherapy as it allows me to get quick results for my clients so they can get back to living their best lives.
