Raissa is a warm, caring and compassionate psychologist, with experience in helping people with a diverse range of mental health concerns and life challenges, such as depression, insomnia, anxiety, panic and grief, among others.
Raissa focuses on building a strong, supportive relationship with her clients to help them explore their feelings and experiences in a safe and contained space. She feels deeply honoured for the privilege to hear the life stories that her clients confide in her and to witness their process of self-discovery and personal growth.
Raissa uses her clinical experience, skills and training in clinical psychology to support people in their therapy goals, which may be to treat mental health issues, to make lasting positive changes in their lives, to better understand who they are, or all of these.
