Dr Rachel Murray is a Clinical Psychologist with a strong interest in the treatment of eating disorders, disordered eating, and body-image concerns. She primarily works with adolescents and adults with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, relationship, school, and work-related concerns.
Rachel has a client-centred, warm, and compassionate approach and uses a range of therapeutic approaches including CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. She has specialised training in eating disorder treatment approaches including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy Enhanced for Eating Disorders (CBT-e) and Family-Based Therapy (FBT).
