With over 20 years of experience across diverse clinical settings, I tailor evidence-based strategies to meet you where you are. By fostering strong rapport and genuine connection, I aim to help clients navigate life’s difficulties with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.
I have worked across public mental health, including acute care and forensic settings and in private practice, helping clients navigate a range of complex emotions, behaviours and life challenges and have supported clients through some of the most difficult times in their lives.
It is a privilege to walk alongside people during these times, offering warmth, authenticity, and respect for an individual’s unique journey. I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where people feel heard and understood and where they can build the skills and confidence to move toward a more fulfilling life.
