Ruwindi is an experienced Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist with a background spanning elite football, AFL, cricket, and private practice in Australia and internationally. She has particular expertise working with adolescent and developing athletes in high-performance environments. Career highlights include working as a Senior Physiotherapist at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club in the English Premier League, supporting male professional and academy athletes through injury rehabilitation and return to performance. More recently, Ruwindi has worked as Head Physiotherapist in the AFLW for Hawthorn , leading physiotherapy services last season. Ruwindi also has experience within national men’s and women’s cricket programs and Australian football pathways, giving her a strong understanding of the physical demands and injury profiles across football and cricket codes. In addition to her physiotherapy qualifications, Ruwindi is an ASCA-accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach , integrating strength and conditioning principles directly into rehabilitation and injury prevention. Her approach focuses on building resilient, well-prepared athletes while supporting long-term performance and physical health. Ruw adapts her experience with athletes to provide the best possible care to all of our clients.
