Who for - Drivers (any category racing), Crew and support staff
What - Physiotherapy, Sports Massage, Ergonomic Driving/Seat fit assessment, warm up and reaction practice. Nutrition/hydration advice and some supplies available. Mental preparation, Mental Fitness consultations. Heat tolerance training and advice.
Consultations Up to 30 min or 45 min or longer by request. Pricing: $350 - 30min consultation. Pre-bought packages available pre- season. Longer session input cost by arrangement.
