Dr Graeme Senior has been engaged as an external counsellor under the Queensland Ambulance Service Priority One Staff Support Service which is available to all QAS staff, volunteers and immediate family members. It is a holistic multilayered and multimodal Staff Support Program. It has been developed and further refined to offer a range of proactive and reactive services across the organisation.

Dr Graeme Senior is a registered psychotherapist and counsellor who specialises in treating veterans, first responders and others suffering from the effects of Anxiety, Stress, Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). In addition to his private practice, Graeme also works extensively with the Queensland Ambulance and Fire & Emergency Services.
