Clare Pike

Psychologist

With a background in both psychology and law, Clare brings a unique perspective to therapy. She has experience working with neurodivergent individuals, trauma survivors, and those facing significant life transitions. Clare believes that therapy should be a safe and empowering space, where clients feel truly seen and understood. “I believe clients present to therapy with strengths and capacities to progress to a place where they feel they are thriving in life. My job is just to provide a safe place for them to process what is going on, and to support them and provide education and guidance where helpful. I also believe that a significant part of the efficacy of therapy comes from the therapeutic relationship- when the client feels seen, understood, empowered, and in charge of their own therapeutic journey, we have a great foundation for amazing things to happen.”

Mr Garrett Huston

Psychologist

I bring a unique combination of professional experience and personal insight to my role as a psychologist. With a background spanning hospitality, sales, advertising, and not-for-profits, as well as several years managing a psychology practice, I have developed a deep understanding of human connection and the challenges people face at different stages of life. Having completed my formal training and been practicing with supervision for nearly two years, I am passionate about empowering individuals to achieve meaningful change. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing, while also integrating tools from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and other modalities. My goal is to tailor therapy to each client's unique needs, ensuring it is practical, accessible, and impactful. With a lifetime of varied experiences and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting others, I strive to create a warm and collaborative space where clients of all ages and backgrounds feel heard and understood. I deeply respect the courage it takes to seek help and am committed to making that effort worthwhile, fostering resilience and growth every step of the way.

Ms Keilan Grey

Psychologist

Through my practice as a psychologist, I am committed to supporting individuals from childhood to adulthood on their wellbeing journey. I am a friendly and personable clinician and aim to provide a safe, client-centred, and non-judgemental therapeutic space for all through an approach grounded in empathy, active listening, and collaboration, creating a safe space where clients feel understood and empowered. I believe that everyone is the expert of their own lives and has the strength and knowledge within themselves to grow and achieve their goals. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness Based Approaches to ensure you get the best out of your experience in therapy. By tailoring treatment to each individual's unique needs and preferences, I work with clients to build practical coping strategies, explore underlying issues, and foster self-awareness. This holistic, strengths-based approach helps clients gain clarity, resilience, and the confidence to make lasting positive changes in their lives. Clients will receive personalised, compassionate care that empowers you to overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve your mental health goals.
