As a qualified ABA therapist with RBT training under his belt, Hudson is passionate about helping kids overcome challenges, discover their strengths, and celebrate every milestone along the way. He’s currently in the final year of his Bachelor’s in Psychological Studies at Swinburne University and plans to pursue his Honours year to further enhance his skills and knowledge.

Gunjan is a compassionate and driven Social Work graduate with a strong foundation in person-centred, trauma-informed, and strengths-based practices. She is deeply passionate about empowering individuals, fostering inclusivity, and addressing systemic challenges.

Melanie Irog, our Founder and Clinical Director, is a dynamic professional whose journey exemplifies dedication, excellence, and lifelong learning. As a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Griffith University, Melanie is currently pursuing a Master of Autism at the University of Wollongong to deepen her expertise and become a Developmental Educator. Melanie’s passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals stems from her personal experience as a mother to a neurodivergent child. This has inspired her to adopt a neuro-affirming and trauma-informed approach, ensuring her work respects and uplifts the unique strengths of the individuals and families she supports. Her blend of personal insight and professional expertise allows her to create empowering, inclusive environments that promote self-acceptance and resilience.
