Melanie Irog, our Founder and Clinical Director, is a dynamic professional whose journey exemplifies dedication, excellence, and lifelong learning. As a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Griffith University, Melanie is currently pursuing a Master of Autism at the University of Wollongong to deepen her expertise and become a Developmental Educator. Melanie’s passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals stems from her personal experience as a mother to a neurodivergent child. This has inspired her to adopt a neuro-affirming and trauma-informed approach, ensuring her work respects and uplifts the unique strengths of the individuals and families she supports. Her blend of personal insight and professional expertise allows her to create empowering, inclusive environments that promote self-acceptance and resilience.

Joyce is a Clinical Psychologist with a strong commitment to neuro-affirming, trauma-informed care. She works with adults and adolescents who may feel overwhelmed by past experiences, sensory overload, or difficulties regulating emotions. Many of her clients identify as neurodivergent or have experienced complex trauma. She aims to create a safe, compassionate space where you can feel understood and empowered. Joyce uses approaches such as EMDR, CBT, ACT, and positive behaviour support to help clients process trauma, manage anxiety, and build skills to navigate daily life with more ease and self-compassion. Her focus is on practical, person-centred strategies that honour each client’s unique needs and pace.
