Alexis Downie

Exercise Physiologist

Alexis is particularly passionate about oncology, supported by a thorough understanding of current research and personal insight gained through observing a family member’s cancer journey. Alexis is skilled at how best to incorporate exercises at all stages of a client’s journey to assist with lymphoedema, fatigue, anaemia as well as maintaining and regaining muscle and bone strength. Alexis is also experienced in assessing and treating clients with a variety of health conditions including musculoskeletal, cardiac, metabolic conditions and disabilities. Alexis also enjoys working with children and takes a thoughtful, flexible and fun approach when planning sessions and problem-solving to suit the child’s needs on the day.

Callum Quinn

Exercise Physiologist

Callum is an experienced Exercise Physiologist with a background in treating a variety of conditions including muscle and joint injuries, post-surgery rehabilitation, chronic pain management and athletic strength and conditioning. Callum is dedicated to helping clients recover from injuries, rebuild strength and improve their functional movement patterns long term. He believes in a personalised approach to rehabilitation, tailoring each program to meet the unique needs of his clients to ensure sustainable results and a higher quality of life. Outside of his professional life, Callum is an avid strength training enthusiast himself and enjoys spending time at the gym. In his downtime he enjoys walking in the outdoors or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Jack Anning

Exercise Physiologist

ack has been an Accredited Exercise Physiologist since 2019, working with clients across a broad variety of health goals and conditions. His passion for effective injury management has been strengthened by his firsthand experience recovering from an ACL reconstruction and his safe navigation returning to competitive sport. Jack’s particular areas of interest in the management of musculoskeletal conditions, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and those undergoing pre and post-surgical rehabilitation. He finds it incredibly rewarding to witness how a clients’ progress in-clinic translates to long-term improvements in quality of life. When he's not in the clinic, Jack spends his time on the golf course with friends, training for upcoming marathons and enjoying beach walks with his dog Vera.
