I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 20 years’ experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through a range of mental health and emotional challenges. I provide evidence-based counselling for trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions. I’m Medicare-registered and able to see clients with a Mental Health Treatment Plan, but you’re also welcome to see me privately without a referral. My approach integrates Focused Psychological Strategies (FPS), including psychoeducation, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation. I also draw on Havening Techniques®, mindfulness, and body-based approaches to support lasting change.
