My name is Tom Bailey, I’m a clinical psychologist registered with AHPRA, and have recently opened a new private practice in Warners Bay. In my other work, I provide a consultation liaison service alongside a psychiatrist to general medical patients at Lake Macquarie Hospital in Gateshead. I also work as a psychologist at the Warners Bay Hospital inpatient mental health unit Lakeside Clinic. I trained at The University of Melbourne, and have worked as a psychologist at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, at the Royal Flying Doctor Service in Queensland, and at the Newcastle Mental Health Team (HNE Health). I have a special interest in chronic health conditions such as cancer and cardiovascular disease and have worked in this area of psychological care for several years now.
