I have many years experience working both in Australia and the United Kingdom. I am the co-founder of Pancreatic Nutrition Clinic at Royal North Shore Hospital in 2016, this is the first of its kind in Australia and New Zealand. I currently work within in Intensive care and specialise in pancreatic disease nutritional care.

I have been working as a specialist dietitian in digestive diseases in Royal Adelaide Hospital and Royal North Shore Hospital since 2010. I am the co-founder of Pancreatic Nutrition Clinic at Royal North Shore Hospital in 2016, this is the first of its kind in Australia and New Zealand. I take part in clinical research with Upper Gastrointestinal Surgery Department and Endocrine Department at Royal North Shore Hospital.
