Livia has six years experience in private practice as a physiotherapist and clinical Pilates instructor. She enjoys treating people from all walks of life. Livia has extensive expertise in treating martial artists including UFC athletes, national team wrestlers as well as Taekwondo, Judo and Jiu-Jitsu competitors. She has worked at the Australian Institute of Sport, Combat Sports Centre and with amateur football teams. Passionate about sports, Livia has an extensive sporting background. She holds a black belt Jiu Jitsu and three World Championship titles. Livia has also represented Poland and Australia in rhythmic gymnastics and was an accomplished track sprint cyclist — winning the prestigious Austral Wheelrace in 2006.
