Dr Kerith Duncanson

Dietitian

Dr Kerith Duncanson is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with more than 25 years of dietetics experience – in the private and public health sectors. Kerith consults with clients from across the world via telehealth, specifically people with gut health issues. This consulting work complements Kerith’s work as a digestive health dietitian and researcher. Kerith also actively supports and mentors the Help Yourself dietetics team who consult throughout the Mid North Coast of NSW. She had worked for 20 years on the Mid North Coast as a private practice dietitian and Community Nutritionist before completing a PhD in 2015. Kerith’s pragmatic and intuitive approach to providing dietetic advice stems from this diverse professional experience, combined with a thorough enjoyment of food and eating! Kerith has written 50 articles for journals, two book chapters and is the author of a book titled ‘Licence to Eat’. Kerith is available for telehealth consultations (video or phone), specifically for gut health conditions. Her specific areas of interest include: Irritable Bowel Syndrome Functional Dyspepsia Eosinophilic gut conditions Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD) Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) Diverticulitis.

Jasmine Millman

Dietitian

Dr. Jasmine Millman is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and research scientist with a passion for longevity, personalised health, and evidence-based nutrition. She works closely with clients to translate complex science into clear, practical strategies that support real, sustainable health outcomes. Jasmine has extensive experience across hospital, community, elite sports and the wellness industry. She has a particular interest in gastrointestinal health, including IBS and SIBO, and supports clients with tailored, microbiome-focused approaches. She is also increasingly focused on helping women optimise hormonal health and navigate changes associated with perimenopause and menopause through targeted nutrition and lifestyle strategies that support the gut microbiome. Jasmine’s research experience and peer-reviewed publications span functional foods, biotics, and microbiome science, with a focus on areas including metabolic health, cognitive function, and the gut–skin axis. Her research in Okinawa, Japan—a recognised longevity hotspot—has further shaped her interest in how the gut microbiome influences healthy ageing. Jasmine is passionate about empowering clients with personalised, evidence-based guidance. She takes a holistic, person-centred approach, helping individuals better understand their bodies and feel confident in optmising their health and wellbeing. Jasmine is based in Australia and is available for online consultations for clients worldwide.
