I provide Positive Behaviour Support (PBSP), including functional behaviour assessments, risk assessments and tailored behaviour support plans, designed collaboratively with participants, families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams. Every plan is carefully crafted to reflect the unique needs, culture, and goals of the individual, ensuring that interventions are meaningful, empowering, and sustainable. I support participants across home, school, and community environments, including those with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, ADHD, Schizoaffective disorders, and complex support needs. My practice is trauma-informed, compassionate, and strengths-based, creating safe and nurturing spaces where participants are understood, valued, and celebrated for who and just as they are. At Heartward House, our goal is to help each participant grow, learn, and engage positively with their world, using evidence-based strategies that prioritize skill development, empowerment, and wellbeing.
