Ms Kelly Mann

Exercise Physiologist

Kelly Mann is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Strength & Conditioning coach who specialises in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and performance. Kelly focuses on reaching client’s goals through prescribing exercise for movement correction, improving muscle imbalance, injury prevention and rehabilitation; using evidence based techniques for both sporting and general populations. Kelly's areas of interest and specialisation include back pain and rehabilitation, general hip pain and mechanics, shoulder dysfunction and mechanics, post-operative rehabilitation, strength training and disease prevention, osteoporosis prevention and treatment.

Mr Tom Haynes

Exercise Physiologist

Tom Haynes is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and strength sports performance. He works with clients to help manage chronic conditions by employing pain reduction strategies and improving mobility in order to help clients to move and live well. Tom comprehensively investigates acute musculoskeletal conditions and applies evidence-based treatment in innovative ways, with particular interests in the treatment of shoulder, lower back, hip, knees and ankle conditions.

Michael is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a background in personal training and pilates. He has a keen interest in helping clients develop mind-body awareness, and to use movement to improve mental health.

Ms Samantha Thomasson

Personal Trainer

Sam Thomasson is a certified Exercise Scientist and Strength and Conditioning Coach with a background in personal training and powerlifting and specialises in strongman athlete performance. She has a keen interest in helping clients develop mind-body awareness and helping clients to manage chronic conditions through pain reduction strategies.
