Payel is a strengths-based and child-led neurodiversity affirming Speech Pathologist.
She has experience working in private practice, telehealth, and the public setting, where she has supported many neurodivergent young people on their communication journeys.
Payel is passionate about supporting clients in authentically communicating their way (whether that's verbally, through AAC, or gesture), and empowering them to learn about themselves. She is a firm believer in connection over compliance, and prioritises establishing safety and trust with all her clients and families.
Payel enjoys supporting late talkers and toddlers with language delays, young children with speech sound delays, and neurodivergent children.
Outside of work, Payel loves to sing, dance, play board games and read!
