Sometimes we find ourselves in loops — stuck in patterns of restlessness, inner resistance, anxiety, or doubt. These states often show up in our relationships, our work, our dreams, or through the body. While uncomfortable, they may be signalling that something is emerging — something meaningful. Rather than pathologising these experiences, I see them as invitations. Together, we can learn to follow the unfolding process and explore what is trying to come through.
I work with individuals navigating a wide range of issues including relationship challenges, men’s issues, depression, anxiety, dreamwork, trauma, addictions, chronic illness, internal criticism, and self-esteem.
My approach is grounded in Process-Oriented Psychology (Process Work) — a trans-disciplinary method that views human experience as a continuous "dreaming process" expressed through the body, emotions, thoughts, and relationships. At the heart of this approach is a commitment to awareness, following the flow of experience, and embracing even the difficult or marginalised parts of ourselves.
I bring a curious and respectful presence to the work — holding space for both the everyday and the extraordinary. I believe our inner and outer worlds are deeply interconnected, and that healing in one realm naturally ripples into the other. Together, we can cultivate inner resources, build practical tools, and deepen your capacity to relate more meaningfully — to yourself, others, and the world.
