Parent Child Therapy provides a counselling service for young people, adults & families. For Children – our service provides a relaxing space for young people to process their difficulties utilising play, drawing, sand work, talking & psycho-education. For adults – our service enables adults to gain insight into their thoughts, feelings & behaviours via approaches which include psycho-education; talking & reflecting, guided imagery and mindfulness. For groups – enabling individuals to gain clarity through being with as well as talking to & listening to others. Parent Child Therapy cares about improving the health & wellbeing of as many individuals and families as possible.
