Face-to-face appointments are now available at the Holistic Health Hub! Ostara Occupational Therapy supports women across the early years of motherhood, from pre-conception through to pregnancy, birth, and beyond (up to 8 years). This work focuses on the adjustment into motherhood, including mental health, identity and daily functioning. Services include maternal and perinatal mental health support, antenatal education and preparation, practical perinatal support (including lifestyle redesign and functional movement), and parenting support.
