We are psychologists and relationship counsellors whose aim is to relieve emotional distress and improve quality of life.

1) Find the photo of your practitioner BELOW
2) Click on 'Book Practitioner' under their name
3) Select an appointment time

- All sessions are booked face-to-face by default.
- If you would prefer a Telehealth (online) session, you will need to phone our Reception team to organise this.
- You will receive an automated SMS reminder 48 hours before your scheduled booking.

Psychologist
Rates (Clinical Psychologist):
$285 day rate
$305 5pm onwards (AH)

Ana is a Clinical Psychologist who works with adults and older adolescents. Her therapeutic style is warm, respectful and collaborative.
She works with a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorder, personality disorders, and domestic violence.
Ana's approach is client-centred, and tailored to suit each client's needs.
She utilises a psychodynamic-informed practice, with Schema Therapy, EMDR, CBT or DBT as needed. She is available Tuesdays and Thursdays, including after hours.

With more than a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, parents, and families, Christine is well-equipped to understand the complexities and difficulties that parents and young people face.

Jacky is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience. He has a friendly nature and works with individuals ranging from teenagers to the elderly, adopting various evidence-based approaches including Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, and DBT, according to the needs of the individual. His aim is to not only help clients to resolve their painful history, but also to promote their growth.
He has a PhD in Clinical Psychology and has worked with a wide range of mental health problems, including psychosis.
He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Dr Kishani Townshend is a General Psychologist with over 26 years of counselling experience. She offers a warm, culturally sensitive approach.
Kishani works with concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief and perinatal mental health. She draws on evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.
Dr Kishani is only available to do online consultations on Wednesday and Thursday.

Margo has more than 20 years experience as a Psychologist, and a PhD in adult change and growth. She sees many of the life dilemmas we face as and inevitable part of the path to personal growth, if only we can dare to embrace change.
She works with Life Purpose and Direction, Existential Dilemmas, Relationships, and Midlife Crisis concerns (no matter what age you are when they appear).
Social Worker

Melanie enjoys working with some of the most challenging and difficult presenting issues that many other mental health practitioners shy away from. She has worked extensively with a number of client groups, with a particular focus on child and adolescent mental health, including ADHD and Autism.

Nathan Is a Clinical Psychologist who works with adults and older adults. He has a warm and empathic therapist style, with an emphasis on collaboratively helping clients develop a deeper sense of self understanding, and a practical focus on helping clients identify and achieve personal goals and underlying emotional needs.

Sandip is a warm and friendly psychologist, who has had a wealth of experience working with couples, families and children.
He has trained in the Gottman method, for helping couples navigate difficulties, and he is also an accredited EMDR practitioner, which he uses when working with anxiety and PTSD.

Counsellor
Rates:

$170 5pm onwards, and Saturdays
$240 Couples and Family Counselling at any time.

Sylvia is a warm and wise Counsellor/Psychotherapist with a Master of Counselling from Monash University. Many of her clients experience relationship difficulties, trauma, or need support to navigate a wide range of common life stresses. She works with couples, individuals, and parents of children with disabilities.
Sylvia is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and has helped many clients with language barriers to find a way to understand each other and their life challenges in a way that provides a path forward.
Counsellor

Vishmi has a natural warmth and ease with people from various walks of life. She sees Adults, Couples, Children and Teenagers seeking personal growth and change.
With a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy (following her Bachelors Degree in Psychology), she is well equipped to accompany you through your therapeutic journey, offering empathic feedback and guidance tailored to your needs.
Vishmi can offer Counselling and Psychotherapy in Sinhala, as well as fluent English.
