I’m a clinical psychologist based in Melbourne, and I created Mums in Mind Psychology to support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the early years of motherhood. I know firsthand how overwhelming this stage of life can feel, and I offer a supportive space where you can talk openly without judgment. If you’re feeling depressed, anxious, or overwhelmed, or if you are struggling with mum guilt or mum rage, please know this is very common, and you are not alone.
I have a Masters in Clinical Psychology and have been practicing for over fifteen years. I am also a Circle of Security facilitator, where I teach parents how to meet their children's needs and create a simple, secure attachment with their little ones, from age 6 months to 4 years.
I offer in-person sessions in Coburg as well as telehealth across Australia, so you can access support wherever you are.
I can help you make sense of what you’re going through, feel more connected to yourself and your baby, and be a kinder to yourself along the way.
