Online Consults at M1 Psychology are easily booked online. Perfect for when you are unable to visit our lovely clinic at Loganholme. Our office is located upstairs in the Southside Business Center. On the corner of Beenleigh Redland Bay Road and the service road. We are above the vet. Open 6 days a week from 8am till 8pm Monday to Thursday and 8am till 5pm Friday and Saturdays. Ample parking located on site in the underground carpark. Disability access available via the lift on Ground Level. Our location provides mental health professionals access to beautifully appointed rooms, reception services and access for the community to information about our mental health professionals via our websites. Psychologists, Mental Health Accredited Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Counsellors and Psychiatrists work flexible hours with us at our 2 locations, depending on demand. To assist you with the selection of the right person for your needs, our website provides a directory of who is available, or currently have open books. Given we usually have more than 30 practitioners working at our 2 locations, you will find it easy to use referrals for Mental Health Plans, NDIS Plans, Workcover, Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), Cash, Private Health, Hospital Referrals and GP Referrals. Practitioners are readily available for Individuals, Couples, Families, Babies, Young and School Age Children, Teenagers, Adults, Seniors. If you need an urgent appointment, please book online or call our office on (07) 3067 9129 Existing and Prospective Clients It will be easy to select an appointment Face to Face in Brisbane or via Telehealth if you live remotely. Our friendly Admin Staff work at the location and are available to chat about your needs. Our service is locally operated and not an overseas service. Psychologist
Abbey is a Registered Psychologist and Sexologist who does online/phone consultations ONLY. She holds a Master of Science in Medicine degree, specialising in psychosexual therapy, and has completed a Bachelor degrees in Psychological Science and Criminology, alongside a Postgraduate degree in Psychology. Abbey is passionate about the interlink between psychological health and sexual health and enjoys supporting people to enrich their sexual lives and improve their mental health.
Counsellor
Corey Human has for nearly 20 years provided counselling to adolescents, as well as adults and couples, experiencing various challenges such as depression, anxiety, addictions and relationship struggles. My counselling goes further than just focusing on the client, as I find there is great benefit in working with the immediate family, to provide them with the knowledge and tools to not only better support their family member, but also to be better able to cope with the situation themselves.
Psychologist
I am a General Psychologist now based in Brisbane, having completed my undergraduate and Master’s training in the United Kingdom. While in England, I spent time working in a variety of settings, including a general hospital, psychiatric hospital, prison and an aged-care facility. During my time in Australia, I have worked as a practice manager in a large private psychology practice with a focus on client triage.
These experiences have enabled me to work across a diverse group of clients with a wide variety of concerns, supported by different multidisciplinary teams.
