Oliver Mills-Edward is an AHPRA Registered Psychologist with extensive experience working in the mental health sector. Oliver has previously worked with disadvantaged adults and remote communities prior to transitioning in to youth mental health in 2020. Oliver developed a passion for working with adolescence and young adults and subsequently launched OM Psychology in 2022.
Oliver uses a collaborative, person centred approach to help create a safe and trusting space for you to share your experiences. Through the use of evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy, Oliver helps you to recognise the thoughts, feeling and behaviours that are attached to particular life events and how they influence your responses. He helps you to understand how you are the expert in your own life and that with some support, you can better understand yourself.
