Overview

Olivia is a Clinical Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from The University of Melbourne. Olivia offers Online Individual and Group Therapy with Many Minds Psychology; an accessible treatment option for those struggling with anxiety, depression, stress or other mental health difficulties. Clients attending individual therapy regularly with Olivia can attend the fortnightly online mindfulness group for free (sessions go for 30 mins and include meditation practices and discussion). Olivia also offers the online Anxiety and Depression Group: This is an 8 week program running on Saturday mornings 9am to 9.50am (AEST). Clients will learn practical ways to manage stress, anxiety and depression. For example, how to recognise and respond to difficult emotions, how to manage unhelpful behaviour patterns, how to reframe and get distance from unhelpful thoughts, and how to improve interpersonal relationships with healthy communication. The Anxiety and Depression Group draws upon evidence based treatments including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness. Olivia recommends getting a mental health care plan from your GP to attend the individual sessions. No GP referral is needed for the group programs.
