Dr Leticia Lotin

Chiropractor

I'm Leticia, and I invite you to join me on a journey towards improved health and wellness. Originally from Brazil, my passion for healthcare began as a nurse in an intensive care neonatal unit. However, it was a pivotal moment - my first chiropractic adjustment - that set me on a new path. This experience illuminated the transformative power of chiropractic care, igniting a passion within me to become a chiropractor and dedicate myself to promoting health and well-being for people of all ages and backgrounds. In 2009, I graduated as a Chiropractor, marking the beginning of my journey to pursue my passion. I subsequently opened my own practice and dedicated five years to serving my community. Seeking to expand my knowledge and embrace a healthier lifestyle, I made the life-changing decision to move to Australia in 2015. Here, amidst the captivating beauty of this country, I not only discovered a better quality of life but also found invaluable opportunities to deepen my understanding of chiropractic care. In my chiropractic practice, I take a holistic approach, considering all aspects of health. I strongly believe in the importance of exercise as a fundamental component of overall well-being, tailored to each individual's specific needs. Through personalized care, I strive to uncover and address the root causes of health issues, empowering my patients to live their best lives. Outside of my practice, I am an avid enthusiast of an active lifestyle. You'll frequently find me at the gym or by the beach with my partner and friends, engaging in activities such as swimming or stand-up paddling. I'm really looking forward to meeting you and starting our journey toward better health and wellness together. Let's team up to reach your health goals and make life even better.

Rachael Steel

Chiropractor

Hi Ohana Family, My name is Rachael and I am so excited to be joining the Ohana team. I moved to Queensland six years ago, after completing my chiropractic studies in Melbourne and I have never looked back - the weather is too good up here!! My partner and I now reside in the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland with our two young children. Since becoming a mother, I have developed a strong passion around children’s (and adults) nervous system regulation. A regulated nervous system equals a healthy, happy and balanced state allowing our minds and body’s to function optimally. Over my years of practice, I have developed a unique approach combing manual and low force chiropractic adjustments with myofascial, craniosacral therapy and neuro emotional release techniques (NET). NET - Neuro Emotional Release Technique, supports holistic healing and body function by finding and integrating unresolved emotional stresses that can lead to physical imbalances. Similar to kinesiology, I use muscle testing to find which specific emotion may be blocked, I identify where this may be impacting your life today and then go back to where this emotion first became supressed in your nervous system and help you to clear it. This improves the body's ability to heal and function optimally, decrease overall stress in the nervous system and help the body return to a balanced and integrated state. Outside of work I enjoy pottering around my veggie gardens, walking in nature, beach days, and camping trips with my young family. I look forward to meeting you soon, Rachael
