October Bloom Counselling provides generalist counselling to individuals aged 10+ and small groups. We also run a variety of therapeutic support groups weekly. Owner and Lead Counsellor, Brittney, supports those feeling alone, unheard, invalidated and burnt out via evidence-based talk therapies, and a blend of movement, play, expressive exercises, and craft as needed to tailor sessions to an individual's sensory needs and interests. This approach is both neuroaffirming and trauma-informed. Our goal is to support others to gently bloom into their fullest selves. Available Australia-wide via telehealth and in-person (Townsville, QLD).
