Ariana is a passionate non-diet dietitian and enjoys supporting people to rewire the way they view food and their bodies to encourage everyone to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Having lived with IBS for most of her life, Ariana has a deep empathy for those dealing with debilitating digestive issues and a rich understanding of gastrointestinal health in a personal and professional setting. She is also passionate about supporting clients with chronic disease management. Ariana is dedicated to making health care equitable and accessible for people of all identities, abilities, shapes & sizes. Outside of work, Ariana loves exploring nature, traveling, reading alongside her book club, cooking delicious Greek dishes, and of course Melbourne coffee. She has completed additional education in IBS and FODMAPS, Eating Disorders, and has special interests in these areas.
