Amelia is a social worker, somatic dance movement therapist, and EMDR-trained practitioner who integrates creative and cultural research and inquiry into her work. Drawing on extensive experience in clinical and mental health social work, education, and digital media, she brings compassion and curiosity to her practice, supporting individuals and communities in cultivating wellbeing, resilience, and healing.
