As a fully qualified nutritionist, my major passion lies in helping people foster a happy healthy relationship with food.
I take a non-diet and HAES (health at every size) approach, and am a strong believer that it’s not simply what you eat, but your emotions, thoughts and behaviours surrounding food that matter. I have a key focus on helping people navigate the often confusing world of wellness and ‘healthy eating’, and have a special interest in disordered eating behaviours, including binge eating and orthorexia nervosa.
