Nina has a special interest in providing an authentically Neuroaffirming practice, as well as in supporting clients on the journey of growth and individuation following complex childhood experiences. Nina is passionate about trauma-informed practice, with significant ongoing training in evidence-based trauma modalities. Drawing from a toolkit of evidence-based practices including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindful Self Compassion (MSC), Motivational Interviewing (MI), as well as extensive professional development in working with late-identified Autistic folks and ADHDers, and in trauma-informed practice - Nina's approach highlights skills and strategies that support real change. Nina Green is a registered mental health Counsellor (ACA, Level 3) with a Master of Counselling from Monash University. She is a trained teacher of secular meditation and mindfulness. Fees: $154 (GST incl) for a 60 minute session face-to-face or via telehealth. Nina Green is a Recognised Provider for AHM and Bupa. Check your plan for details. Counselling appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before a booking.
