Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like some support on the journey of growth would be welcome? Nina Green offers experienced, warm, and down-to-earth mental health Counselling for women. Nina has a special interest in providing an authentically Neuroaffirming practice, as well as in supporting clients on the journey of growth and individuation following complex childhood experiences. Nina is passionate about trauma-informed practice, with significant ongoing training in evidence-based trauma modalities. Nina is also passionate about supporting recovery and exploration of the "new normal" for women living with chronic or invisible illness. Drawing from a toolkit of evidence-based practices including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindful Self Compassion (MSC), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed practice (with a special interest in DBT), Nina's approach highlights skills and strategies that support real change. Nina Green is a registered mental health Counsellor (ACA, Level 2) with a Master of Counselling from Monash University. She is a trained teacher of secular meditation and mindfulness. Fees: $130 for a 60 minute session face-to-face or via telehealth. Nina Green is a Bupa Recognised Provider. Counselling appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before a booking.
