I am a community physiotherapist with experience in a range of chronic musculoskeletal and neurological conditions across the lifespan. I have specialised in older adults, paediatrics, and neurological care. At Red String Healthcare, I focus on addressing the cluster of co-occurring conditions that I label Red String Theory; hypermobility, dysautonomia such as POTS, and mast cell dysfunction such as MCAS. They connect strongly to chronic pain, fibromyalgia, autoimmune conditions, functional neurological disorder, and more. My practice also considers the intersection of trans health and neurodivergence, given the increased prevalence in this community. I bring to my physiotherapy practice an integrated knowledge of the role of mental health, trauma, and societal oppression. It is with these influences in mind that we can work together to build movement practices that work for you.
