Nicole Parfrey Counsellor

providing client-centred, trauma-informed support to women accessing the Centre’s services. Her role involves intake and early intervention, assessment, care coordination, and ongoing case management, working collaboratively with counselling and therapeutic staff to ensure continuity of care. Nicole also contributes to service coordination and administrative processes to support effective service delivery and compliance with organisational and reporting requirements.
