At Breath Care Collective, I believe healing begins with feeling safe, seen and accepted. My practice is founded on the understanding that every person's story is unique, and that meaningful change happens through compassionate, trauma-informed care that honours your experiences, and strengths your autonomy. I am a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience and hold a Master of Science in Medicine (Sexual and Reproductive Health) with a specialisation in Psychosexual Therapy, a Postgraduate qualification in Trauma Nursing, and qualifications in General Nursing. I am also a certified Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, integrating evidence-informed breathwork with therapeutic support to help clients reconnect with themselves and build lasting resilience. I bring both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to every session, creating a space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin to reconnect with your body and inner wisdom. Breath Care Collective is proudly trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and neurodiversity-affirming. I welcome people of all identities, backgrounds and lived experiences, recognising that healing is never one-size-fits-all. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs, with a focus on nervous system regulation, emotional safety and practical tools that support everyday wellbeing. Whether you're seeking breathwork for stress reduction, emotional healing, personal growth, or support with sexual wellbeing, you'll be met with warmth, curiosity and respect.
